Ingredients

tbsp heaping Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base

1 lb ground pork

2 tbsp fish sauce

5 - 6 tbsp sugar (or brown sugar)

4 cloves garlic minced

3 cloves another garlic minced, for aromatics

4 - 5 stalks green onion chopped

2 tsp grated ginger

3 tsp red pepper flakes

Step 1
Mix everything into a bowl and set aside

Saute peppers and 3 minced garlic cloves in a pan until fragrant

3 tsp red pepper flakes

3 cloves another garlic minced, for aromatics

Add in the pork and press it onto the pan firmly.

1 lb ground pork

Let it cook and crisp up, make sure the pan is hot enough to caramelize the sugar!

Flip and break apart the pork, and keep cooking until desired crispiness

Serve in spring rolls as the protein and enjoy!
