1 cup cilantro

15 mint leaves

2 cloves garlic

3 tbs fresh lime juice

2 tbs yogurt

1 tsp sugar

Step 1
Put your wings in the cast iron pan, drizzle with oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt.

Bake this at 350°F for 20 mins.

Then broil it for 10 mins.

For the chutney, blend together cilantro, mint leaves, garlic cloves, onion powder, cumin, salt, lime juice, yogurt, sugar and of course Thai chili pepper.
