Step 1
Add ricotta, truffle oil, and a pinch of salt to a food processor

Blend until ricotta has a light, whipped texture (about 2-3 minutes)

In a small bowl, mix black truffle puree and olive oil

½ tbsp black truffle puree
Step 4
Spread whipped ricotta on a plate or serving dish and drizzle with black truffle puree oil, garnish with fresh parsley
