Ingredients
1 package tortellini
1 jar Truff pomodoro sauce
½ cup onion
1 tbs garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cup vegetable stock
½ cup heavy cream
2 ½ cup baby spinach
¼ cup pecorino romano
1 tbs butter
2 tsp fresh basil

Directions
Step 1
In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.

Once fragrant, add oregano, salt, and pepper.

Step 3
Add in stock, pomodoro sauce, and heavy cream. Then cover and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add tortellini and cook for recommended time.
