Ingredients
1 ¾ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ c sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ c peanut butter
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkles red sugar
sprinkles green sugar
1 bag of chocolate kisses
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Add flour, baking soda, and salt to a medium sized bowl. Mix and set aside.

In a large bowl, beat sugars, peanut butter, butter, egg, and vanilla. Slowly add in flour mixture until combined.

Step 4
Scoop dough and form into small balls. Coat all sides of dough balls with sprinkles and place on a cookie sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 9-12 minutes.

Once out of the oven, immediately press chocolate kisses into the middle of the cookies. Let cool and enjoy!
