Ingredients
¼ cup celery, diced
¼ cup scallions, chopped
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tbsp garlic, minced
½ lemon, juiced
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
16 oz lump crab meat
1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Add cream cheese, mayo, celery, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, and seasoning to a large bowl and mix until combined.

Gently fold in crab meat and colby jack cheese.
16 oz lump crab meat
1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
Step 4
Scoop mixture into a cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until dip is brown and bubbling. Garnish with scallions.
