¼ c dill
¼ c chives
¼ c mint
½ avocado
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp capers
¼ tsp pepper
½ juiced lemon,
⅓ c olive oil
¾ c plain greek yogurt
¾ c mayonnaise

Step 1
Add parsley, dill, chives, mint, avocado, garlic, capers, pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor and blend.

Step 2
Whisk greek yogurt and mayonnaise in a medium sized bowl. Add in as much of the herb blend as you desire.
