Ingredients
1 tub of pickle spears
2 eggs
1 tbsp pecorino romano cheese, shredded
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup flour
2 tsp Dan O’s seasoning
48 oz vegetable oil

Directions
Step 1
Lay pickles on a paper towel and pat dry.

Step 2
Whisk eggs in a large bowl and add 1 tsp of Dan O’s seasoning. Dump flour on a separate plate and set aside. Dump panko bread crumbs on a plate and add 1 tsp of Dan O’s seasoning and pecorino Romano and combine.

Step 3
One by one, dunk each pickle spear in flour, then egg mixture, then flour mixture and set on a plate or tray.
Step 4
Add oil to a deep frying pan on medium heat. Add a TINY drop of water to oil, if it pops, the oil is ready to use.

Step 5
Add coated pickle spears to the oil and fry until golden, this takes about 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
