Ingredients
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 ¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup rice krispy cereal
cup mini chocolate chips
1 bag of semi-sweet morsels
1 tbsp crisco
Directions
Step 1
In a stand mixture, beat butter and peanut butter until well combined. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla and mix. Gently fold in rice krispies and mini chocolate chips. Place in fridge for about 30 minutes - this makes it easier to form into balls

Step 2
Take out of the fridge and roll dough into small balls. Set on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl, add semi-sweet morsels and crisco. Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted.
1 bag of semi-sweet morsels
1 tbsp crisco
Step 4
Take dough balls out of the freezer and dunk in the melted chocolate. Place back on the baking sheet and keep cool until the chocolate has hardened.
