Ingredients
2 c flour
½ c powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
½ c walnuts, chopped
½ c pecans, chopped
2 sticks of butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, walnuts, and salt. Set aside.

Add butter, sugar, and vanilla to a large bowl and mix until combined. Slowly mix in flour mixture until dough forms.

Form dough into balls (if dough is dry, squeeze dough gently to warm butter, then roll into balls) and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until bottom edges of the cookies are slightly browned.
Step 5
Roll in powdered sugar once cooled enough to touch but still warm. Let cool completely and roll in a second coating of powered sugar. Enjoy!
