Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese
8 oz cream cheese
3 T chopped scallions
3 T chopped cilantro
1 T olive oil
½ Del Monte pink glow pineapple (about 2 cups), cubed I get mine from Tropical Fruit Box online delivery
½ English cucumber, diced
2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced
½ medium red onion, finely diced
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 T olive oil
1 - 2 Juice of limes
1 - 2 avocados, sliced
Sea salt

Directions
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the feta, cream cheese, olive oil, cilantro and scallions with sea salt until creamy.
Step 2
Prepare the salsa by combining the chopped pineapple, cucumber, onion, tomato, cilantro, scallions, lime juice, honey, sea salt and pepper
Step 3
Top the whipped dip with a few scoops of the salsa to serve, sliced avocado, fresh basil, a drizzle of Joey plus sliced avocado. Serve with cucumbers, chips, or sweet mini peppers.
