Ingredients

8 oz Sun dried Tomato feta cheese

1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half

3 - 4 mild cherry peppers or Peppadew peppers, diced

1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half

1 cup Sweet Vidalia onions, sliced thin

¼ cup garlic jalapeño stuffed jalapeños, sliced

2 - 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Durant dried herb blend for bread dipping

1 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt

1 tsp Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

Place your feta cheese in the middle of a baking dish. Top it with a bit of olive oil.

Step 3

Later on the onions, tomatoes, olives, peppers, more olive oil, the dried herbs plus salt and pepper

Step 4

Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes until the onions and tomatoes are lightly browned .

Step 5

Serve with warm buttery crostini, veggies or crackers, or toss with your favorite pasta!
