Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) log cranberry cinnamon goat cheese

2 –3 tablespoons blackberry jelly

2 –3 tablespoons habanero honey

1 navel orange, sliced

10 –12 marionberries or blackberries

12 –14 slices dried mango,

half styled into a mango rose

10 –12 dried Turkish apricots

3 or 4 dried Medjool dates, sliced

10 –12 pumpkin seed crackers

Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Fresh sage leaves, for garnish

Edible flowers (such as chamomile or

geranium), for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Place the goat cheese log in the center of the platter.

Step 2

Put the jelly and honey into ramekins; place at each end of the platter.

Step 3

Arrange the orange slices, marionberries, dried mango slices, mango rose, dried apricots, and dried dates around the cheese and dishes.

Step 4

Tuck in the crackers.

Step 5

Garnish with the rosemary, sage, and edible flowers.
