This brie bread bowl whatever you wanna call it is going to rock... your.. WORLD! And any packed sports arena as well. I am never getting over this delicious melty brie, briney castelvetrano olives, and heirloom tomatoes inside a savory, crunchy rosemary foccaccia bread "bowl". Looks like I will be needing to get rolled out of the party!

Ingredients

1 rosemary & sea salt foccacia bread ( I got this one at Basics Market)

4 - 6 oz brie cheese

½ cup castelvetrano olives, roughly chopped

1 large heirloom tomatoe, sliced into triangles

Fresh parsley, chopped

Fresh rosemary, torn or chopped

olive oil

sea salt

pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the foccacia bread by cutting out a perimeter for the bowl, making sure not to slice all the way through the bread to the bottom. Cut out cubes to be eaten later.

Step 2

Drizzle with olive oil and salt.

Step 3

Cut the brie into slices and place in the middle of the foccacia bread.

Step 4

Top with the olives, tomatoes, herbs and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper

Step 5

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melty and the bread is lightly browned and crispy
