Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) block balsamic and

cipollini onion aged cheddar

4 ounces plain goat cheese

3 ounces garlic cheese curds

3 ounces Gouda, cut into triangles

4 ounces spicy yellow lentil hummus

4 ounces cornichons

3 in or 4 mini sweet peppers, sliced half

2 or 3 radishes, sliced

6 store bought Parmesan toasts

10 sesame crackers

cup 1⁄2 pistachios, shells on

12 dried apricots

cup 1⁄4 dried cranberries

Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Fresh sage leaves, for garnish

Edible flowers (such as chamomile

Directions

Step 1

Place the cheddar, goat cheese, cheesecurds, and Gouda triangles on the tray.

Step 2

Put the hummus in a small bowl and set in the center of the tray. Put the cornichons in a small jar and place on the tray.

Step 3

Add the peppers and radishes. Fan out the Parmesan toasts and sesame crackers.

Step 4

Fill in the gaps with the pistachios, dried apricots, and dried cranberries.

Step 5

Swirl the hummus.

Step 6

Garnish with the rosemary, sage, and edible flowers.
