Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar
8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese
cup 1⁄2 vegan mayo
3 or 4 pimentos, chopped
2 tablespoons white vinegar
teaspoon 1⁄4 cayenne pepper
or red pepper flakes
Salt
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Step 1
Mix the softened cream cheese with the cheddar and Mexican cheeses until well combined.
Step 2
Add the mayo, pimentos, vinegar, cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Serve with crackers, bread, or raw vegetables.
