Ingredients
1 ½ lb brie wheel
1 lb raw pizza dough
½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 shallot
sliced black olives
grape tomatoes
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions
Step 1
Score the top of your brie wheel and place it on the parchment on top of the baking sheet.
Step 2
Roll the pizza dough into balls and surround the cheese with them.
Step 3
Top the brie with the marinara and all other ingredients.
Step 4
Drizzle olive oil and salt on top making sure to get the pizza dough. You can also brush butter on them as an alternative that tastes amazing!
Step 5
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until the brie is melty, the toppings are browning up and the pizza dough rolls are perfectly raised and browned on top.
