Ingredients

8 oz block feta cheese

1 cup pesto sauce

Fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme

Rosemary croccantini crackers like La Panzanella

Tools

10 Cast Iron Skillet

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

Place the pesto in the bottom of the skillet

Step 3

Add the feta cheese

Step 4

Sprinkle on the fresh herbs

Step 5

Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-25 minutes or until the feta is soft and spreadable. Serve with crackers or bread.
