8 oz mini heirloom tomatoes, cut in half
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
7 - 8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
½ cup sliced kalamata olives
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp Chopped fresh basil

1 garlic clove, finely diced

Step 1
Prepare the orzo pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.

Prepare the dressing: whisk together the olive oil and red wine vinegar then add garlic, salt and pepper
