An iron-packed quiche that takes hardly any time at all to prepare but will fill your kitch with all those yummy brunchy aromas we crave. I love the delicious addition of manchego cheese in my quiches for the perfect salty and nutty flavor.

Ingredients

1 store bought pie crust or make your own

1 tablespoon butter

10 eggs

1 cup shredded Manchego cheese

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup half and half

1 cup raw kale

2 tsp chopped garlic

Sea Salt

Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Step 2

Butter the pie dish then add the pie crust and press it down

Step 3

In a medium sized bowl, crack the eggs and beat with a whisk heavily. Add the half and half, salt and pepper and combine.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture in to the pie dish then add the Manchego cheese, feta cheese and the kale. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Bake at 375 for about 50-55 minutes or until the pie is no longer jiggly.
