Ingredients
4 pieces of sliced french or sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
8 slices pepperjack cheese
1 avocado, sliced thin
2 - 3 tbsp Kelly's Jelly Marionberry Habanero
8 - 10 grape tomatoes
2 cups fresh baby kale greens
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Butter the bread and toast/broil until lightly browned.
Step 2
Top with 2 slices of cheese each and put back in the broiler for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted
Step 3
In a medium sized bowl toss the kale greens with olive oil, salt/pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning
Step 4
Once the toasts are ready, top with the marionberry jelly, the a handful of the kale greens, tomatoes and the slices of avocado
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and everything but the bagel seasoning
