Ingredients
Chopped iceberg lettuce
Garbanzo beans
Turkey pepperoni
Smoked Gouda
Shredded mozzarella
Pickled peppers
Black olives
Minced garlic
Garlic chive salt
White pepper
Directions
Step 1
Wash and chop your iceberg lettuce and place in a large bowl - I love a big white bowl for this with a pretty detail on the edge will look nice
Step 2
Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans, remove the outer shell if you prefer, I didn't for this recipe.
Step 3
Slice the turkey pepperoni and the smoked gouda and add to the bowl.
Step 4
Drain the olives and chop if needed and add those and the pickled peppers to the bowl.
Step 5
Toss the salad with the probiotic Ranch and 1 tsp minced garlic, salt and pepper
