Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese softened to room temp
8 oz chopped/shredded fresh mozzarella cheese I used a basil/oregano one and cubed it
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 tsp herbs de Provence
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 ½ T Spanish olive oil
¼ Sweet onion, sliced thin
½ Sweet red pepper
¾ cup store bought bruschetta
¼ cup parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Spanish Rosemary Sea salt
Directions
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F and line your skillet with parchment paper
Step 2
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, seasonings, olive oil, garlic and rosemary salt together and add to the skillet
Step 3
Sauté the onion and peppers in a pan on the stove over medium-high heat to give them a little char
Step 4
Top with the bruschetta and bake at 400 for 25 minutes or so until warm and bubbly through
Step 5
Serve with grilled bread, crackers and veggies
