Ingredients

Ingredients —>

1 lb cooked pasta noodles

1 cup honey mustard dressing (1/2 C Mayo + 3 T grainy mustard, 3 T Honey, 1 T white vinegar)

½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

1 ½ lb Skirt Steak

¼ T Steak marinade (2 Marionberry Habanero jelly, C olive oil, 1 Tsp chopped garlic, 1 T grainy mustard, 1 T balsamic glaze, 1 Tsp sea salt, 1/2 Tsp pepper)

1 Guacamole (/4 tropical avocado, juice of 1 lime, 1/8 onion, finely sliced + sea salt)

4 oz grape tomatoes, sliced in half

2 oz blue cheese, crumbled

1 ½ cup arugula

¼ English cucumber, sliced into disks

Directions

Step 1

First you will marinate the steak. I went with about 18 hours but honestly you can do a quick marinade for about 30 mins and this will still be delish. When you are ready to make the salad simply cook your noodles then toss them with the honey mustard dressing and the Parmesan cheese. Cook your steak and prep the veggies and crumble the blue cheese. STYLING - create the rows starting with the steak, then arugula, guacamole, tomatoes, cucumbers and blue cheese. Start with one row in the middle or two then work your way through each ingredient to fill in with the colors how you like. ENJOY 😎
