Honey-Glazed Oven Baked Baby Carrots

These delish little baby carrots are glazed to perfection then baked in the oven (or air-fryer) until tender and lightly crisp on the outside with a sweet and savory flavor. Add these yummy carrots to your Easter spreads for the bunnies in your life.

Ingredients

2 lb baby carrots

Lemon olive oil

2 - 3 teaspoons Flaky sea salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp pepper

2 tablespoons rosemary honey

Fresh cilantro, lightly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Wash your baby carrots then add them to a baking sheet.

Step 3

Top the carrots with plenty of olive oil, a hefty sprinkle of the sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and the honey and toss together to coat the carrots really well.

Step 4

Bake for about 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender.

Step 5

Remove from the oven and place in a pretty bowl. Top with the fresh cilantro and a sprinkle of sea salt if needed.
