32 oz italian dry salami, folded onto 16 skewers

16 Trader Joe's Iced Cookies

16 Dried Sweetened oranges, halved

48 Peppermint yogurt pretzels

8 oz sweet and spicy pecans

16 mini red roses

Directions

Step 1

Assemble your paper cones and make them food-friendly with the bamboo inserts or with parchment paper. Find tutorials for how to make charcuterie cones @the_platter_girl on Instagram and Pinterest

Step 2

Layer the cones like this --> nuts on the bottom, skewers, cubed cheese, meats, more cheese, oranges, nuts and pretzels, garnish

Step 3

I like to lay mine in a pretty basket or box filled with shredded paper or you can use a charcuterie cone holder - find these on Amazon!
