Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry

3 oz herb goat cheese

8 oz cream cheese

2 tablespoons chimichurri sauce

1 zucchini, sliced thin

Fresh Rosemary sprigs

Rosemary olive oil

Sea salt

Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F

Step 2

In a medium sized bowl combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and chimichurri.

Step 3

Lay out your puff pastry and spread the cheese mixture on top

Step 4

Slice your zucchini and place them on top of the cheese in an even layer. Sprinkle with seas salt and pepper and drizzle with the beautiful rosemary oil & the fresh rosemary

Step 5

Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and flaky

Step 6

Cut into squares and serve immediately
