Directions

Step 1

PREP: lay down butcher or freezer paper directly on the table and fill different vessels like baskets and boards with your ingredients.

Step 2

Cheese and Dishes 🧀 Start by arranging a variety of cheeses and dishes as the foundation of your spread. Mix textures and flavors to create a dynamic starting point for your grazing table. I live for variety so I always add a crazy array of cheese, spreads, and dips that ANYONE would love to try!

Step 3

Meats Galore 🥩 Layer on the meats next, adding a savory element that complements the cheeses. Think prosciutto, salami, and other cured meats to pair well with the cheeses, olives and spreads and fill guests up

Step 4

Fruits and Veggies 🍇🥕 Add a burst of color and freshness with a selection of seasonal fruits and veggies. Not only do they add visual appeal, but they also provide a refreshing contrast to the richer components of your spread.

Step 5

Yummy Goodness 🍪🌰 Sprinkle on the pantry items and dried goods for that extra crunch and texture. Nuts, crackers, treats, dried fruits are perfect additions to round out the flavors on your grazing table.

Step 6

Garnish and Snap 📸 Finish off your masterpiece! Whether it’s fresh herbs, edible flowers, or a drizzle of honey and a berry on top! Don’t forget to capture the beauty of your creation before your guests dig in!

Step 7

FINAL TOUCH: Add a touch of elegance with florals and greenery around the edges to elevate your grazing table to a work of art.
