Ingredients

4 blood oranges, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2

Slice the oranges and arrange on the baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with the sugar, if using.

Step 3

Bake for 2 to 21/2 hours, turning occasionally and checking frequently in the last hour. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
