4 in large croissants sliced half horizontally
8 oz Toby's Plant Based Original or Spicy Spread (Sub egg salad)
8 sliced of turkey or whatever deli meat you like
8 slices of provolone cheese
2 avocados, sliced thin
8 leaves of butter lettuce
Fresh basil leaves
Everything but the bagel seasoning
salt
pepper
Directions
Step 1
Top each croissant with a smear of the spread, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese, couple slices of avocado, the butter lettuce and then sprinkle on the seasonings! DONE!
