An insane vegetarian sandwich using the spicy and flavorful combo of falafel, burrata and avocado! You are going to love this delish sandwich when you want a hearty lunch but don't want the meat!

Ingredients

Sourdough, toasted with butter

balls Falafel fried in ghee

entire An avocado 🥑

Everything but the bagel seasoning

2 balls Burrata

Melted Muenster cheese

Arugula

Pickled pink onions @pinkwagonfoods

Drizzle of agrodolce

Pesto

Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the falafel. I used a mix from Trader Joes that just requires water then fried the balls in ghee.

Step 2

Butter and grill your bread or toast it.

Step 3

On one side of the bread spread 1 tablespoon pesto sauce, muenster cheese and 2-3 falafel balls.

Step 4

On the other side of bread add the avocado and smash it down. Top the avo with the EBTB seasoning, arugula and the burrata balls.

Step 5

Open the burrata on the bread and smear around to create and even layer.

Step 6

Smash the pieces of bread together and cut in half!
