Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough

A good olive oil (as Ina would say) I LOVE @durant_oregon Tuscan olive oil for this recipe

+ Flaky sea salt & dried herbs

8 oz Brie wheel

4 ½ oz Smoky Briette wheel

2 orange peppers

Fresh rosemary and sage leaves

Rosemary honey @naturacentric is my fav

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Place your dough in a baking dish with lots of olive oil

Step 3

Let it rise & press down into the dough with your fingertips to make little holes

Step 4

Slice the brie into the bunny shapes and press them down into the dough

Step 5

Arrange the peppers and herbs on the dough and top with a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt plus the dried herbs

Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes or so until the bread is browned and lightly crispy and the cheese is soft and melty

Step 7

Top with honey and ENJOY!
