Ingredients

5 cheese spiral from @traderjoes

Limoncello Gouda also @traderjoes

Manchego

Plain goat

Avocdo “cream” ( I smashed a few avocados into smithereens and then added a tiny bit of pickle juice and a teensy bit of salt)

Plain hummus

Corn salsa

Apricot spread

Marinated artichokes

“Pastrami” style smoked salmon

Avocado

Radishes

Rainbow carrots

Mini heirloom tomatoes

San Marzano tomatoes

Figs

Shelled pistachios

Dried tangerines

Dried apricot

Water crackers

Honey Sesame Cashews

Currants

Fresh basil

Microgreens

Nasturtium

Directions

Step 1

Heat the spiral in the oven according to the package instructions.

Step 2

Place a piece of parchment on your board to protect it.

Step 3

Place the cheesy spiral on your board. ( cut it like a pizza if you like) then the dip bowls and cut cheeses on the board.

Step 4

Add the smoked salmon and the veggies.

Step 5

Fill in the gaps on your grazing board with the nuts and other small ingredients like dried fruits.

Step 6

Garnish with pretty florals and lots of fresh herbs.
