Ingredients

1 sheet pepperidge farms puff pastry

8 oz brie wheel

¼ cup Raspberry Marionberry fruit spread from Mt. Hope Farms

½ cup chopped walnuts

Ceramic baking dish

Directions

Step 1

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to 1/8th inch thickness. Place the brie in the middle and trim the dough about 2 inches around the brie.

8 oz brie wheel

Step 2

Add 1/2 the fruit spread and walnuts to the top of the brie

Step 3

Bake at 400 degrees for up to 40 minutes until the outer pastry is a deep brown and puffed up nicely.

Step 4

Let sit for 10 minutes. Do not skip this step!

Step 5

Once the brie has cooled down, cut into it to the let the interior cheese ooze out slowly.

Step 6

Top with more fruit spread and nuts as desired.

Step 7

Serve as is or with bread and crackers
