Berries & Baked Brie Wreath

Ingredients

1 ½ lb Double Cream Brie wheel

½ jar of Cherry Rhubarb jelly @kellysjellyoregon

3 oz fresh raspberries

1 - 2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb raw pizza dough

Fresh thyme

Fresh rosemary

Rosemary Honey

Salt

Pepper

Tools

Sheet pan or cookie tray / pizza pan

Parchment paper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F

Step 2

Score the top of the Brie wheel with a sharp knife and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Step 3

Roll the pizza dough into balls and arrange around the Brie wheel

Step 4

Top the Brie with the jelly and raspberries

Step 5

Drizzle the entire thing with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary

Step 6

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the bread is lightly browned and the Brie is melty

Step 7

Remove from the oven and top with the rosemary honey.
