Ingredients
2 cups of arugula
2 large mozzarella balls, torn into pieces
¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
4 - 5 Jarred Roasted red peppers, torn or cut into strips
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Lay down a nice bed of arugula on a pretty white dinner plate
Step 2
Top with the peppers, mozzarella, and olives.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
