Ingredients

Noodles (I used Taiwan Sliced Noodles here, but any choice will due — Ramen, udon, rice noodle etc.)

Grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil)

Korean Chili powder (Gochugaru)

Grated Garlic

Sliced Green onion

Soy sauce

Chinese black vinegar

Tahini

Toasted sesame oil

Directions
Step 1
Add chili powder, green onion, and grated garlic to a heat proof bowl

1 tsp Korean Chili powder (Gochugaru)

1 tsp Grated Garlic

3 tbsp Sliced Green onion

Heat neutral oil in a sauce pan until it reaches 350°F then pour over bowl with chili powder, garlic, and green onion

2 tbsp Grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil)

Once oil stops sizzling the aromatics, add in tahini, soy sauce, and Chinese black vinegar. Mix together

1 tbsp Tahini

1 tsp Chinese black vinegar

1 tbsp Soy sauce

Cook your noodles of choice per directions on their package. Strain and then mix into your prepped sauce. ** If sauce is too thick for your liking, you can add a few tbsp of water to the sauce to help it coat the noodles

Finish your noodles with some more fresh sliced green onion, toasted sesame seeds & drizzle of sesame oil
