Ingredients

2 chicken breast (thinly sliced)

Lo Mein noodles

Carrots

Bell pepper

Green Cabbage

Green onion

Garlic

Shiitake mushrooms

Soy sauce

Dark soy sauce

Hoisin sauce

Vegetarian oyster sauce

Mirin

Cornstarch

Sugar

White pepper

Water

Tools

Cutting board

Wok or frying pan

Directions

Step 1

Marinade the chicken in the following ingredients

2 chicken breast (thinly sliced)

1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

2 tsp Mirin

1 tbsp Cornstarch

2 cloves Garlic

2 tsp White pepper

Step 2

While chicken is marinating, cut veggies into thin slices, mince garlic and quarter green onion.

1 Bell pepper

¼ Green Cabbage

4 Green onion

3 cloves Garlic

8 Shiitake mushrooms

Step 3

Prepare the sauce by mixing together the following ingredients, combine 2 tsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create slurry, add this sauce mixture.

2 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Dark soy sauce

2 tbsp Vegetarian oyster sauce

2 tbsp Sugar

Cornstarch

2 tbsp Water

Step 4

Add chicken to wok or pan with oil and fry until golden brown, then remove chicken from pan

Step 5

Add sliced veggies to pan and sauté just until they start to soften

Shiitake mushrooms

Step 6

Start cooking noodles by directions on package, then drain and rinse in cool water

Add garlic and green onion to pan with mushrooms and cook for 1 minute

Add chicken & noodles to the pan with veggies, pour over sauce and sauté until everything is coated in sauce
