Ingredients
4 cups chopped collard greens
3 cups stock of your choice
3 oz seasoning meat of your choice
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions
Step 1
Boil collards for 10 minutes and drain.
Step 2
Add collards and all ingredients back to the pot and simmer until tender (2 to 3 hours).
