Ingredients

8 - 9 Medium Heirloom Tomatoes

1 lb Ground Beef or Venison

¾ cup Bread Crumbs (divided)

8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (divided in half)

1 tsp Dried Parsley

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp melted butter

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a greased pan or caserole dish.

Step 2

Add olive oil to preheated pan on medium heat.

Step 3

Add and saute ground beef or venison and drain.

Step 4

Remove the top of the tomatoes and clean out the center.

Step 5

In separate bowl combine 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 4 oz mozzarella cheese, parsley, parmesan cheese.

Step 6

Add ground beef or venison to the mixture until fully combined.

Step 7

Carefully stuff tomatoes and lay them out in your pan. All them to rest on each other to prevent rolling.

Step 8

in separate bowl, combine remaining mozzarella cheese, melted butter, and bread crumbs. Sprinkle the tops with the mixture.

Step 9

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly!
