Ingredients

1 ¼ lbs Ground Turkey

1 egg

¼ cup milk

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

1 small onion, diced

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 pack onion soup

⅓ cup parsley

Nonstick spray

1 cup ketchup

¼ cup bbq sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ‘

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Chop and prep– Chop and prep the onion. Crack the egg and prepare & measure out all ingredients

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey with the bread crumbs, onion soup packet, onion, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, milk, ketchup, & egg.

Step 4

Distribute meatloaf mixture in a nonstick muffin tin coated with cooking spray.

Step 5

Bake your meatloaf muffins for 20-25 minutes.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, bbq sauce, brown sugar, & Worcestershire sauce.

Step 7

Remove meatloaf from the oven & brush or spoon glaze on top of each meatloaf muffin. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with parsley! & Enjoy this delicious turkey meatloaf with your favorite sides!
