Ingredients

Strawberry Cake Mix

8 oz Cream Cheese

4 eggs

⅔ cup oil

1 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 ½ cups powdered sugar

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon strawberry or vanilla extract

red food color (for color)

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and cream cheese. Mix well until the batter is smooth.

Step 3

Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the batter in the pan.

Step 5

Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spread mixture as best you can!

Step 6

Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 7

While the cake is cooling, make the glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar, milk, and strawberry extract. ( I added 1 drop of red food color just for color) Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cake.

Step 8

Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving. & Enjoy!!
