Ingredients
16 oz elbow pasta
1 tbs granulated chicken bouillon
1 tsp badia complete seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
I teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
pinch of salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
32 - 40 oz of mixed cheese sharp cheddar, extra sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and colby & monterey jack
paprika and parsley to garnish
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Boil noodles until al dente! (I added granulated chicken bouillon to the boiling water before adding noodles)
Step 3
Shred cheese of your choice.
Step 4
Drain noodles and add to a large mixing bowl add 1 stick of butter, Mix. cream cheese, Mix! and seasoning. Mix!
Step 5
Next add eggs, sour cream and heavy whipping cream. Mix. (mixing eggs and sour cream together is optional)
Step 6
Then slowly add in cheese. Leaving some to the side!
Step 7
Butter baking dish or spray with oil then add in macaroni mixture.
Step 8
Sprinkle with the remainder of cheese, smoked paprika and parsley to garnish.
Step 9
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden!
