Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs baking powder
⅓ cup yellow mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup honey
2 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp red papper flakes
Directions
Step 1
Thoroughly clean wings and dry completely with a paper towel.
Step 2
Place wings into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil & season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, creole seasoning and mix! Then mix in corn starch.
Step 3
Add the wings in a single layer to the air fryer. Cook on 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through! Until Crispy.
Step 4
While wings are air frying make the sauce! In a mixing bowl, combine yellow mustard, mayonnaise, honey, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes! Mix until smooth.
Step 5
When the wings are finished cooking, place them in a large mixing bowl and toss with the Honey Mustard Sauce.
Step 6
Optional, Place the wings back in the air fryer basket and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce has caramelized. Transfer wings to a plate and serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing. & Enjoy!
