Ingredients

1 large Cucumber

12 oz Shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbs olive oil

½ tsp black pepper

½ onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ smoked paprika

½ cajun seasoning

½ tsp old bay

1 cup jasmine rice, cooked

¼ cup Mayo

¼ cup sriracha

Hoisin Sauce

Everything but the bagel sesame seasoning blend

Directions

Step 1

Wash cucumber and cut into 4 pieces. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon to create a hollow boat shape.

Step 2

Spoon rice into cucumber halves. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl season shrimp with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cajun seasoning, and old bay. Add olive oil and mix until shrimp is fully coated.

Step 4

Heat skillet over medium heat. Slightly grease with cooking oil. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Add 3-4 pieces of cooked shrimp to each cucumber.

Step 6

Mix together mayo and sriracha to create a spicy mayo.

Step 7

Top with spicy mayo, hoisin sauce, & everything but the bagel sesame seasoning blend.

Step 8

Serve immediately and enjoy!
