Ingredients
1 lb Ground turkey (or beef)
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 tbs Minced garlic
6 oz tomato paste
14 ½ oz Petite diced tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ tbsp salt
1 pack beefy onion soup mix
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup beef broth
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Colby jack cheese

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium-high heat sauté onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook down.
Step 3
Mix together dry seasonings (chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic & onion powder, oregano, salt, & red pepper flakes)
Step 4
Add half your seasonings to ground turkey & continue to cook until browned.
Step 5
Next, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Lipton beefy onion soup mix, beans, beef broth & brown sugar, and then add the other half of your seasoning mixture! Mix to combined

Let simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Half way through taste and adjust for salt.
Step 7
Prepare jiffy corn muffin mix as instructed on box. (Optional : add 1 tsp honey)
Step 8
Place ramekins on a baking sheet.
Step 9
Add about 1 cup of chili into your ramekins. Add a layer of shredded cheese and top with about 1/2 cup of the jiffy corn muffin mix.
Step 10
Bake until cornbread is cooked all the way through, about 15-20 minutes.

Top with sour cream & green onions. Serve hot and Enjoy!
