Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbs Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp sazon
½ red onion
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cups rice, cooked
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Step 1
Season boneless skinless chicken thighs with cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, complete seasoning & sazon. Add olive oil & allow chicken to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
Step 2
After the chicken is marinated melt down butter in a pan along with olive oil.
Step 3
Over medium heat cook chicken thighs on each side for 5 to 7 minutes. Or until internal temperature of 165° F

Next remove your chicken from the pan
Step 5
Melt down butter add in your diced onions, minced garlic. Season with Cajun seasoning & sauté until onions and garlic become fragrant.
Step 6
Next add in cooked rice and mix until all your rice is well coated with seasoning. Remove from heat.
Step 7
To make the cream sauce, in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Melt down butter, add heavy cream & seasonings. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens and can coat the back of a spoon.
Step 8
Return the chicken to the pan with the rice, pour the cream sauce on top. Serve hot, & Enjoy!
