Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup green onion

½ cup franks buffalo sauce

½ cup ranch

1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded

1 tsp cajun seasoning

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp ranch seasoning

Mozzarella cheese, sliced

12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls, count

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

In a bowl mix the shredded chicken, Colby jack cheese, green onion, ranch buffalo sauce, cream cheese and seasonings.

Step 3

Split rolls in half, place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 4

Place a layer of sliced mozzarella cheese on the bottom, next spread your chicken mixture on top and then top with another layer of mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Place the top half of the buns on top and brush with melted garlic butter.

Step 6

Cover dish with foil and back for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Step 7

Remove foil, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the top of the sliders are golden brown.

Step 8

Slice into individual sliders. Serve hot and enjoy!
