Ingredients
Meatloaf
3 lbs lean ground turkey
1 green bell pepper, blended
1 yellow bell pepper, blended
1 red bell pepper, blended
1 yellow onion, blended
1 box Stove Top turkey mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 packet meatloaf seasoning
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Sweet Habanero Sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup habanero ketchup sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Directions
Meatloaf
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, blended bell peppers, and blended onion.
Step 2
Add the Stove Top turkey mix, milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, garlic paste, habanero ketchup, BBQ sauce, and meatloaf seasoning.
Step 3
Mix everything together until well combined, but don’t over mix.
Step 4
Shape the Meatloaf:
Step 1
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
Step 2
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
Step 3
Bake:
Step 1
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
Sweet Habanero Sauce
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, habanero ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, and red pepper flakes.
Step 2
Mix well and set to the side.
Step 3
Once the meatloaf is Galway done, take it out the oven, spread some of the sauce, then place the meatloaf back in the oven.
Step 4
The last 5 minutes, take out the meatloaf, the the broiler to high, add the remaining sauce on top of the loaf, place back in the oven and broil for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and sticky.
Step 5
Take out the meatloaf and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional chopped parsley.
