Ingredients
1 ½ pound bag baby gold potatoes
4 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp Tony’s Chachere’s Creole seasoning
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Kinder’s Buttery Smokehouse seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Chopped Parsley for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Scrub potatoes with water and pat dry.
Step 3
Slice potatoes in half. Boil a pot of water and a dash of salt. Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes and boil for 13 minutes or until fork tender. Drain the potatoes and add to a large bowl to cool down for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Season the potatoes with avocado oil and seasonings listed. Lay potatoes flat on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Take out the oven and garnish with parsley.
